Natur-suites 2.0 & 3.0 are with a sauna & spa, and Natur-suites 1.0 does not have spa and sauna. 1. Henne Beach

The heart of Henne Beach is its beautiful, wide beach, ideal for sunbathing, swimming, and beachcombing. The surrounding sand dunes and thatched summer houses provide a picturesque backdrop and excellent hiking opportunities.

Furthermore, Henne Beach is known to be among one of the best beaches in Denmark with its incredible surroundings, and is only located a 15 minute walk from ‘Henne Strand Resort’. The town itself offers many cozy cafés, shops and restaurants to visit if you feel like something refreshing or a moment of relaxation while enjoying some great food.

2. Børsmose Beach

Børsmose Beach is an expansive stretch of sand located on Denmark’s picturesque west coast. Notably, it is one of the few beaches in Denmark where driving on the beach with your car is permitted.

Driving is allowed only on specific parts of Børsmose Beach. Other sections are designated as military areas. If you plan to explore these areas on foot, it is crucial to read the signs posted along the beach. If a ball is raised or a red light is on, it indicates that military exercises, including live-fire drills, are taking place. Do not enter these areas when warning signals are present. There have been instances where tourists ignored these signals, leading to near-disastrous consequences.

Please exercise caution and respect the posted signs to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit.

3. Filsø Ellipsen

Located just a short distance from Henne Strand, Filsø Ellipsen is part of the Filsø Nature Reserve, an enchanting area rich in biodiversity and scenic beauty. This restoration project has transformed the former drained agricultural land into one of Denmark’s largest lakes, providing a vital habitat for numerous species of birds, plants, and other wildlife.

The area offers several well-marked trails and paths, perfect for walking, hiking, or cycling. These routes provide breathtaking views of the lake, wetlands, and surrounding dunes, allowing visitors to fully immerse themselves in the tranquil landscape.
